The representation of conflicting interests is prohibited for lawyers due to professional regulations (§ 43a Abs. 4 BRAO). Therefore, before accepting a new case, a check is always performed to determine if a conflict of interest exists.

Attorney-at-Law Matutis is not obligated, but is willing to participate in a consumer dispute resolution proceeding.
